If you want to change product or refund, please contact Esseglas (via "Contact Us") within 1~3 business days after your purchase. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Changing lens option/product or making a refund may not eligible as follow:
1. Return When Lens Production Starts
We will send you a confirmation email when we start making your order. You will not be able to change lens option when lens production starts. You can change your delivery address or delivery option. Please note that there is an additional fee if you request a refund.
2. Return When Delivery Starts
When you receive our delivery email lens option and delivery option changes will not be eligible. If you have not received the product, refund request is eligible (processed lens and additional fee may be charged). Refund process may take a month for international shipment.
3. Return After You Receive the Product
Refund is not eligible when after you receive your product. However, we will refund or change the product if you receive defected lens or product.
